32mm. No Compromise.
The STEM V1 is a purpose-built MTB stem designed for riders who demand maximum performance from their cockpit. At just 32mm in length, it is engineered to provide an ultra-short, direct connection between rider and bike — making it ideal for aggressive downhill, freeride and hard-charging riding.
Machined from aerospace-grade 6082-T6 aluminium, the STEM V1 combines high strength with a lightweight construction, weighing approximately 132g.
Built for Abuse
The STEM V1 isn't designed for gentle trail riding.
It was developed specifically for full downhill, freeride and aggressive MTB use, where components are subjected to repeated impacts, heavy landings and extreme loads.
The STEM V1 has undergone the EFBE TRI-TEST, an independent bicycle component testing protocol designed to put components through demanding structural and fatigue testing.
During testing, the STEM V1 successfully passed the EFBE TRI-TEST and outlasted the handlebar it was tested with.
That's the kind of testing we wanted behind the component — not just something that looks good on a bike, but something built to withstand serious riding.
Raw. Simple. Intentional.
The STEM V1 is finished in raw, polished aluminium straight from the manufacturing process.
There is no paint. No powder coat. No unnecessary chemical coating.
Just the natural finish of the aluminium, polished and protected to showcase the machining and material itself.
The result is a clean, understated finish that reflects the purpose of the component: function first.
Made in the South of England
The STEM V1 is designed and produced locally in the South of England, keeping the manufacturing process close to home and allowing us to maintain control over the quality of the component.
Every detail has been considered around one objective:
Build a stem that can handle the way we actually ride.
Important Installation Information: For safe and correct installation, all bolts on the MTB stem must be tightened evenly and to a maximum torque of 8 Nm, using a calibrated torque wrench. Failure to follow the specified torque may result in improper installation, component damage, or serious injury. If you are unsure about installation or the correct torque procedure, please seek assistance from a qualified bicycle mechanic.
