We aim to be as transparent and honest with our products and processes as possible, while maintaining the upmost quality and performance you were guaranteed and promised.

Product warranty

McIntosh Components comes with a standard 1 year warranty across all of our product range, unless otherwise specified.

 

Our warranty will cover product manufacturing defects/damage and general breakages out in the field (Evidence of product failure must be submitted in the claim). This ensures that your purchasing expectations will meet our very high quality standards and performance we maintain. If the product warranty period is longer than the standard 1 year period, it will be clearly displayed at the time of purchase.

During your products warranty period, we will replace or repair your affected product at the earliest convenience for no additional cost, on the basis that it was used under a normal environment, or one that was instructed in the products specification.

We currently ship to addresses within the UK mainland only.

All orders are dispatched using Royal Mail. We aim to process and ship orders within 1–3 working days of purchase. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times will depend on the Royal Mail service selected at checkout.
